Queen Takes King by: Joely Sue Burkhart

Although this book only really covers…maybe 4 or 5 days it packs a whole lot of story into that time. I look forward to continuing the series as we uncover more lore and history associated with vampire Queens and their Blood.

The Bone Shard Daughter by: Andrea Stewart

Having first heard about this book last year on Booktok I’ve been excited to read it for a while…especially since, although I’ve heard praise, I’ve never heard any specific details about the story so I had no idea what I was jumping into.

Shield-Maiden: Under the Thunder Moon by: Melanie Karsak

If you’re a fan of Norse lore and Viking stories I highly recommend checking out this series! Although there is some romance within the book it’s definitely historical fantasy and is FTB [fade to black aka all sexual encounters occur off-page]. This series is a fantastic story based on the old Norse saga of Hervarar.

Legacy of the Lost Mage: Jaeth’s Eye by: K.S. Villoso

Having read, and loved, Villoso’s CHRONICLES OF THE BITCH QUEEN trilogy I knew that I needed to read more of their work. When I found out that this series takes place in the same world, just at a different time period, I was ecstatic to jump back in…and it did not disappoint.

The Library of the Unwritten by: A.J. Hackwith

If you’re looking for a unique fantasy that involved a library, heaven, hell, demons, humans, angels, and book characters brought to life…I highly suggest picking up this book and diving in!
